Hey folks,The Frostyflakes chat room is no longer in service! Club Penguin Neighborhood has always revolved around Neighborhood Survival, and a lifeless chat room is no longer needed. It was a fun place to go and have fun, it was an amazing chat, and a chat where I've met so many people that I know now I wouldn't have ever really met you if it wasn't for the chat, so if there was never a chat, we really wouldn't be the friends we are now. Yeah NS isn't about the chat but it was just as important..
