A long time ago... in a galaxy far, far away...The Frostyflakes chat room was loaded with penguins! Everyone got along greatly and every conversation was a fun time. Frostyflakes was the best place to hangout with a can of Pepsi and a bag of barbecue chips! But everything changed, oh so quickly...
It has been over two years since Club Penguin Neighborhood was founded, and penguins seem to have moved on! Frostyflakes became a place to visit when the background of a popular chat got boring to look at. Penguins from around the world used to use Frostyflakes as their homepage!
Should Frostyflakes be reopened? (Your opinion is needed!)

This is just my opinion, but here it is:
In short: Yes.
I remember the time that picture was taken. I remember the old icons; Hedge just being a penguin and Slider just being Snoopy. We didn't have any fancy xat powers, and we simply just enjoyed others company. I wish we could return to those times, but I'm afraid things have changed, although not completely for the bad. Since then I have made so many new good friends, that I am forever thankful for. I miss being able to just hang out, and chat was a way to do that. Yes, CPSkool will probably always be the main chat (you guys all know I love CPSkool very much), but it was nice having both chats open. It's your decision and whatever you decide I will respect.
